If you receive a "delivered" notification by email or text, but haven't received your package, act immediately! The chances of recovering your package are higher if you address the situation promptly. Contact your mail carrier, local post office, or USPS (800) 275-8777 to report the missing or damaged package. If the misdelivery is evident, they'll assist you in locating it. While our responsibility ends once the order is shipped, we are still here to help locate a missing package in any way we can.
