To initiate a return, kindly get in touch with our customer service by emailing casualchaosclub@outlook.com. In your email, please include your order number and the name of the item(s) you wish to return.

At Casual Chaos, we want you to feel amazing and confident in every purchase you make. If for any reason an item doesn't fit or isn't your style, we offer store credit for returns. Please note that returns must be made within 14 days from the date you receive your package.

For items purchased after November 5th, we've extended the holiday return window until January 15th.

Please be aware that all sale, discounted, warehouse, flash sale, last chance, and items under the sale tab are final sale. Returns are not accepted for these items, including "sale on sale" or products discounted 30% or more.

For a return to be eligible, the item must be completely unused, with tags attached, and in sellable condition. This means the item should be unwashed, unworn, free from scuff marks, makeup or deodorant stains, and any signs of wear and tear. Clearance sale and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Please ensure the item is shipped back within the 14-day return window, unless you have special circumstances and have received an extension from CC customer service.

For domestic returns, the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. We offer a pre-paid return label option for $7 (for one item) or $9 (for two or more items) which will be deducted from your product store credit. You may choose to use your own label, but the pre-paid label fee will only be charged if you decide to use it. International customers are also responsible for return shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

If you choose to exchange an item for a different size or color, it must meet certain criteria. The desired item should be in stock, and the purchased item should not have been discounted 30% or more. To begin an exchange process, please contact customer service at casualchaosclub@outlook.com.  The way we do exchanges is we send you the label, you send in the item you don’t want, using our $7 flat rate label or using your own from the post office. We will “hold” the item that you do want for 14 days. When you get your store credit from us, you can then go in and purchase the item that you want that we’ve been holding. 

If the product received is defective or the wrong item was shipped, we take full responsibility and will replace the item or issue a refund promptly. Please report any incorrect or defective items within 3 days of receiving your product.

Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing time, once the refund has been processed.

Please note that we do not provide return labels for APO, FPO, and DPO addresses.

In case you need to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible. However, if your order has already been processed, cancellation may not be possible.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order.
